This edition includes foil-blocked, tipped-in, textured pages and texts are printed throughout on different sized, pre-dyed, coloured paper. Contains illustrated bibliography, a chronology compiled by Tomoko Sato and an index at rear, printed to fine cream paper, and light blue sheet with specification of the edition and brief bios of contributors. Chemise still with publisher's plastic wrap, opened at top and bottom. Binding with light bumps at foredge corners of book.
