Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware -Dans ce travail, nous avons fait le point sur l¿état de l¿art de la métrologie et du traitement de signaux, appliqués au système de Couette-Taylor. Nous avons employé deux techniques de mesures expérimentales en mécanique de fluides: la Vélocimétrie par Image de Particules (PIV), et la visualisation par une nappe laser avec ensemencement de paillettes de Kalliroscope. Grâce à la complémentarité de ces deux techniques de mesures, nous avons identifié quelles informations de l¿écoulement sont données par les particules de Kalliroscope. Dans le cas où les deux cylindres sont en contra-rotation, nous avons caractérisé, les propriétés non linéaires des spirales de Taylor telles que: la dissymétrie entre l¿écoulement entrant et sortant, l¿anharmonicité et la brisure de symétrie miroir au niveau de l¿écoulement sortant. Par ailleurs, nous avons décris le comportement observé dans les zones des défauts de spirales qui se manifestent dans l¿écoulement. Une analyse fine autour de chaque défaut a été menée. Finalement, nous avons appliqué les mêmes outils d¿analyse que précédemment, mais dans le cas d¿un écoulement viscoélastique, et en poussant l¿écoulement jusqu'à la turbulence.VDM Verlag, Dudweiler Landstraße 99, 66123 Saarbrücken 228 pp. Französisch.
