[Chesterland, OH]: ICI Binding Corporation, n.d.; last paper dated 1994, bookbinder's label dated 12/18/01. 4to hardcover in blue cloth with band each to head and foot of spine and titling to spine, all in gilt. Inconsistent pagination. A near-good book with very light soiling to boards, corners gently bumped, and rubbing to rear joint. Small smudge to bottom edge of front free endpaper, and dampstaining to bottom fore-corner of rear pastedown and about preceding three papers. Paper number 6 has come loose and is laid in. This very curious book appears to be a unique volume of the collected works on which Michael P. Sulima was a coauthor, bound together with a bibliography/table of contents, and numbered. Most appear to deal with diseases of the brain, and prion diseases in particular. [gadjusek] Inquire if you need further information.
