First Edition; Stated First Printing. 12mo; red cloth covered boards with gilt lettering, hardcover; 182 pages; black & white photographic illustrations and a very good folded map; former owner name on front free endpaper, toned page and some lightly penciled contemporary comments ( easily erased, if desired) else a very good, clean, tight copy in a very poor heavily chipped dustjacket( see picture) but it is the original dustjacket.

A very presentable copy to boot of the November 1936 2nd printing. Solid and VG+ (light offsetting at the inner hinges) in a crisp, price-intact, VG dustjacket, with very light chipping along the top-edges and one thin crease running vertically the length of the dustjacket along he front panel's fore-edge. Still though, an appealing copy. 12mo, a number of full-page black-and-white photos and fold-out map ("Map of New York") complementing the text. Signed.
