Much of the content consists of photocopies of letters, reviews and articles praising his work as a performing arts photographer.Laid in is a typed letter signed in full by Max Waldman enclosing the proposal. There is no addressee. Also laid in are a invitation from the Gruenebaum Gallery, New York, to a preview exhibition of Max Waldman photographs, an illustrated brochure about the exhibition, and an autograph note from Waldman signed "Max" expressing his hope of seeing the recipient at the opening.
