Illustrated with black and white line drawings by Maurus. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, the extremities slightly rubbed. The top corner of the front free endpaper has been clipped and there is slight discolouration to the very edges of the first and last couple of pages from the pastedown glue, the contents are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owners' stamps or inscriptions. Complete with the original dustwrapper which is slightly rubbed at the edges. Issued in an edition of 500 copies, this example is numbered 86 and is signed by A. E.
