Copyright page is dated 1884. 258 pages. Interiors are clean and unmarked. 22 chapters, covering such topics as "Who should keep poultry?", "The Breeds of Poultry", "Hatching", "Artificial Incubation", and more. Many black-and-white plates of different types of chickens throughout. Overall, a good and readable copy.
