A man is having an affair with a woman who is murdered by her ex-husband. He has to try and prove his innocence while shielding his wife from any legal trouble. Set in New York City. 8 x 10 inches. Good, with one chip missing at the bottom right corner and three points of loss from a three hole punch along the left edge.

Two vintage black-and-white French lobby cards from the 1933 film, one with "Collection Andre Bernard" stamp on verso. Based on the 1911 novel by Theodore Dreiser. The story of the trials of a wealthy man and the impoverished woman he falls in love with. An unwed mother, she is ostracized by his family, who threatens to disinherit him if the pair marries. They choose to separate so that he may lead a full life, and we follow them as they age apart. Set in Chicago. 8 x 10 inches. One with four pin holes, else Near Fine.

From the archive of noted Hollywood still photographer Ray Jones. Born in Wisconsin on January 1, 1901, Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in the early 1930s, and went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures in 1935, where he worked well into the 1950s. Based on the short story "Maid of Honor" by Katharine Brush, published in in the September 1932 issue of "Hearst's International-Cosmopolitan." Ruth Chatterton stars as a woman who disapproves of her young sister's (Marian Marsh) impending marriage to Otto Kruger, and reveals a long-hidden secret. 8 x 10 inches to 8 x 11 inches.
