It is referenced, although it had fewer numbers, along with magazines such as Past and Present and La Rosa Blindada. Or for having published the first report on Claude Lévi-Strauss in Spanish. In this affiliation it is usually omitted that its germ is in the experience of the Centro magazine. The Questions of Philosophy project arose from Jorge Lafforgue former director of the Centre, León Sigal and Eliseo Verón, who were joined by Marco Aurelio Galmarini and José Arthur Giannotti. That was his editorial advice. Its pages reflect the debate between Marxism, structuralism and existentialism: if the first number was dedicated to paying homage to Merleu-Ponty, in the next one the last one it includes an extensive approach on the sciences of man. The approach, critical of scientism for presenting itself as an end in itself, did not consider politics as foreign territory. The proposal implied "elaborating a national culture, so to speak, to clarify the practical tasks, which is carried out by denying and preserving -in the Hegelian sense of the terms- the reified culture", as León Sigal affirmed, in the presentation of Nº 2 /3.
