Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Limited Editions Club. Hardcover with slipcase. Tan leather spine with wood label. Wood veneer-covered boards. Heavy tan endpapers with previous owner's bookplate (quite an attractive one) neatly affixed inside front cover. Frontispiece illustration in full color, plus several more throughout by Everett Gee Jackson. 406 pages. A limited edition of 1,500 copies, of which this is number 1,366. Signed on the limitation page by Everett Gee Jackson. The spine leather is faded and cracked, but firmly attached. LEC monthly letter, dated December 1968, tucked in back cover. Measures 8.75 x 9.75". The slipcase is heavy tan paper over boards with wood veneer label on spine. There are scuff marks to the side boards and the bottom shows evidence of having been partially stuck to the shelf where it has lived for the last 60 years. This is an oversized book. Because of the slipcase, we'd prefer to mail this volume in a box, so extra shipping will be required for priority and international shipping. Please email with questions or to request photos. This volume comes from a collection of more than 300 LEC titles from a single collector - please drop us a line if you'd like to see the entire list. Signed by Illustrator(s).
