For example, the demands on employees, especially their soft skills, will change fundamentally in the coming years. Intercultural competencies and analytical skills will gain in importance. Also digital nomads have to face challenges, which are similar to traditional self-employed and freelancers. Companies must continue to monitor future change and prepare their employees for future requirements. Recruitment processes in human resources departments will also change in the future, because recruiting based on specialist knowledge alone will no longer be sufficient. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the terms that provide the fundamental basis of the work are explained and delimited and the concept and development of Digital Nomadism is presented. In a further step, the possibilities for the practice of location-independent work are examined. In the practical part, the advantages and disadvantages of Digital Nomadism, opportunities and challenges are presented and, building on these, possible recommendations for action and possible future strategies for employees, the self-employed and traditional companies are derived. Subsequently, a conclusion will be drawn and an outlook will be given on possible further research fields which could be the subject of other scientific papers. Primarily digital publications of literature and statistics were used for research on this new form of work, which is characterized by rapid change and transformation. In order to build the work on current research results, mainly sources published in the last four years were used.

Also, the effect of a free trade agreement similar to the CETA, as a solution for Brexit and to counter political separatism. In addition to free trade and the abolition of customs duties, this solution also has negative consequences, provided that no concessions are made to the UK, especially in the area of services. These would have to be taken in order to respect the different economic structure of the UK compared to Canada. The traditional CETA would therefore have to be modified for the UK, which makes a CETA+ quite conceivable. Whether and to what extent Brussels will make concessions to the UK will have to be observed in the future.Already in January 2013 the British Prime Minister David Cameron has promised to renegotiate the European integration of the United Kingdom in a referendum. On 23 June 2016 it was followed by what many, not even the Brexit supporters, had seriously reckoned: In a referendum, 51.9% of the members voted in favour of leaving the EU. This triggered an unprecedented process in the history of European integration - differentiated disintegration. The day after the election, Europe was in turmoil,as can be seen from the following statements: Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, spoke of a 'historic moment, but certainly not the time for hysterical reactions'. Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel explained the result not only as a 'cutfor Europe', but also as a 'cut for the European unification process'.

In general, digital nomads are characterized by their independence of location, their employment in the digital space and common values. Most of them are freelancers and entrepreneurs, but also employees, who are part of this movement, want to leave the conservative concept of normal employment and break new ground. First the changes in the business world and the emergence of digital nomadism were presented in this paper.Due to a lack of literature, guideline-based expert interviews were conducted to gain insight into the opportunities and risks of the multi-local lifestyle concept for employees and companies. In addition, the framework conditions for companies and digital nomads required by this work and life concept were examined and presented in detail. Such a framework condition can mean, for example, the adaptation of processes and leadership. There are also differences between completely remote companies and only partially remote companies, which can lead to a split company structure. In this context, the similarities and differences between traditional telework and digital nomadism in permanent employment were also examined.These are similar, for example, regarding the technical prerequisites that should be created in companies and the changed communication. In addition, there are challenges and opportunities that arise from the travel component and the nature of digital nomadism, such as negatively impaired processes due to time differences or certain characteristics and experiences that digital nomads possess or experience that can be used positively in a professional context. Thus, this work not only serves a scientific purpose, but also provides a practical framework for employing digital nomads in traditional companies.
