Delegazione mediante pubblica Asta, che avra luogo nel locale di sua residenza il giorno tre Ottobre prossimo venturo por corrente, al miglior offerente deliberati i lavori che devono essere a brevissimo termine eseguiti agli Argini del Tagliamento nelle localita di S. Filippo fronte Marazzi, di Cesarolo fronti diversi, e della Bragadina fronte Morossi. Restano prevenuti tutti quelli che volessero aspirarvi, che presso l' Officio del Signor Ingegnere in Capo esistono li Capitoli d' Asta dei lavori suddetti Dalla R. General Government with respectful Dispatch 13. andante N. 31970. 4120. will be from this Royal Delegation through public Auction, which will take place in the place of his residence on the third of October next year, the works which must be carried out in the very short term on the Tagliamento banks will be decided to the highest bidder in the localities of S. Very light foxing, attractive fonts have a satisfying bite to the paper, and it features a fine publisher device at head, engraved. The illustration appears to be a two-headed eagle, each wearing a King's crown, one claw's talons holding a sword, another holding a throned globe. Translation from the original Italian from a Wikipedia entry says, "Carlo Giusto Torresani Lanzfeld (Cles, 17 February 1779 ? Riva del Garda, 8 August 1852) was an Austrian soldier. Carlo Giusto de Torresani Lanzfeld, baron of Camponero, studied law in Vienna, graduating in law, but after the French occupation, he chose military life, and in 1796, he joined the Austrian army and was appointed officer of the provincial Bersaglieri fighting against the French . . .
