Druck auf Bütten. - "Diese schöne Dichtung, die in den Jahren 1905 - 1908 geschrieben und 1908 im ersten Gedichtbuch des Verfassers in den 'Netzen' veröffentlicht wurde, trug zuerst den Namen ihres Dichters in die breiteren Kreise." ( Vorwort). Der Übersetzer fertigte die erste Übersetzung schon im Sommer 1908 in St. Petersburg "unter den Augen des Dichters" an. Das Manuskript kam jedoch im Ersten Weltkrieg abhanden, so daß er das ganze Werk im August 1919 neu übersetzte. (Wir haben zahlreiche Titel in diesem Sachgebiet auf unserer HP.)
