Professor sowie Direktor des Städt. Krankenhauses und 1895 o. Professor an seiner Alma mater. 1906 Mitglied der Kais. Akademie, 1918 Direktor des Kais. Universitätsspitals, begleitete Miura 1919 die japanische Friedenskommission nach Paris und 1921 den Kronprinzen auf seiner Europareise. Miura publizierte u.a.: "Beri-Beri, Wien und Leipzig, 1913.
