This English translation contains its text, and names the delegations except Yemen, generally led either by Presidents of their Council of Ministers or Foreign Affairs Ministers, respectively Faris Al Khury, Samir Al Rifa Pasha, Arshad Al Umary, Yusuf Yasin, Abd Al Hamid Karami, and Mahmoud Fahmy.
