In the world of Applied Sciences, the advancement in Superionic conductors arouses obvious interest considering the innumerable international conferences and Symposia organized throughout the world on the one hand and the publication of journals and monographs on the other. Following the line, this book aims at describing the scientific fundamentals of the development of elements and devices of functional electronics based on Superionic conductors. Undertaken in this book are various investigations, development of methods and design, synthesis of mathematical and electrical models; construction, examination and integration of assumptions.
