John Sprinzel is one of motorsports best known and most popular personalities. A natural story-teller, he provides here a vivid account of the rally world of the classic era. John competed in many long-distance international events, including the famous London to Sydney Marathon of 1968. Although he campaigned many different cars, from the humble Austin A35 through to Porsches, it is for his giant-killing feats in the Sprite that he will always be best remembered. Produced by his own tuning company, the Sebring Sprite was one of the most handsome small sports Coupes ever built.
