Includes a typed letter to Count Potocki (poet and pretender to the Polish throne) signed by John Fleming (the subsequent and noted art and architecture historian), in which he discusses future contributions from Potocki. However Fleming, already in the British Army Intelligence Corps, was shortly after sent to Cairo and no further issues of Babel were published . [CONDITION: A well preserved FINE very clean and tight unmarked copy (hint of foxing to wrapper, slightest of curling to page-block fore-edge bottom corner tip).
