Hardcover. Zustand: Fine. 1st Edition. 30 individual copies of the run of 250 (un-numbered) copies of the first/only edition (ignoring the 1973 edition of 1 copy prepared for his widow, Helen Copley). About one eighth of the total press run of this book, 27 years ago at this writing. Slim blue cloth hardcover, color portrait frontispiece of Mr. Copley. All copies are in Fine condition with no signs of usage. No dust jackets, as issued. Gathered over the last 20 or so years, buying up every available copy, I am now prepared to transfer the responsibility of these to another individual or institution. The text of the book consists of Copley's eulogy, spoken by Rev. Dr. Billy Graham at the USD Immaculata Chapel, an editorial published in one of Copley's newspapers, The San Diego Union and written by Victor H. Krulak, and memorial newspaper columns by Neil Morgan and Jack Murphy, well-known names to any old-line San Diegan. Mr Copley's biography does not need repeating to anyone looking for this book, except in an attempt to stuff the description with keywords. Overseas buyers or those wanting Priority shipping should expect a postage fee upcharge due to weight. Sold as a group only.
