Various artistic contributions to this booklet, an introduction by David Garcia and Annie Wright describing the project, after being given a block of time by the V.P.R.O. - the Dutch broadcasting network they "opted for a sequence of linked items, where we could explore, improvise and generally have a good time with the everyday diet of commercial radio. Hence we present news reports coverage, not to mention those unscheduled interuptions and disasters - the broadcasters nightmare." The publication features various artistic interuptions and montages. Back pages mention the Marroquin created character Juan Maranas arriving unexpectedly at the Fandangos studios in Luxemburg. "Senor Maranas made his last appearance in 'Black Eagle' as the link between some Mexican revolutionaries and their supplying gunrunners". Also advertisement for Maranas LINK project (A live satelite link between USA/Netherlands for in depth investigation of his latest activities, 14th October 1979).
