The key idea of this study is to vitally examine the impacts of privatization on profitability of commercial banks. The study is based on the performance of relevant variables before and after privatization. Methodology employed here is OLS regression model for which data has been gathered from financial statements of selected banks. Findings show that privatization brought important changes in financial institutions and also has positive impacts on profitability of commercial banks.
