There are no further edition remarks beneath the date.Original green cloth, with silver gilt vignette to front and silver gilt titles to front and spine, top edge silver gilt. Black & white illustrations by Louise L Heustis. The corners, edges and spine are a little rubbed, and the silver gilt on the top edge and the spine has dulled (but that on the front remains bright). The front endpaper has been removed, and both hinges have cracked (although everything is holding). There is some spotting to textblock edges, endpapers, and the last page in the book, but only the odd spot or finger mark elsewhere. One page has been folded at the corner.197 pages, plus 6 page publisher's list. Size 16.9 x 10.3 x 2 cm.
