Exterior has minor spotting to the cloth and light spot on back, upper left corner. Interior binding is good, no hinge issues. Pages are lightly toned due to age but are clean. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings. Each page is followed by a lined paper page, which are also clean and contains no handwriting. Minor foxing is present though mainly limited to the end pages.
