Louis Louaillier was arrested in March 1815 on account of his opposition to some of General Jackson's military measures. This report deals with the fine imposed on General Jackson for having Louaillier arrested and a debate over refunding the fine to Jackson. A very good or better untrimmed and unopened (uncut) copy, light wear and tear to edges.
