Binding is tight and solid, with sharp edges and corners to the boards, and a bright dustjacket with only the mildest degree of tanning as would be appropriate for its age. The dustjacket seems to have been encased in a Mylar sleeve for decades. The interior is clean and clear of markings. Text in English, translated from the original French by Michael Fineberg. 256 illustrations, including 50 in color.
