Soft Cover. Zustand: Very Good Minus. A very rare and interesting piece of nautical history that was used by Captain Fess Chase who sailed from midcoast Maine and lived in Edgecomb, Maine. There is a 1/2 dollar sized chip at the top corner of the rear cover. Back cover rubbed. Text clean and binding sound. The book is in very good condition considering it was used on a 19th century sailing ship. Photos available on request. We also have several other nautical books used by Capt. Fess Chase on his ship.
