Ilo Orleans, lawyer and author of children's verse, was born in London, February 24, 1897. He graduated from Columbia College in 1916, attended the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism in 1917, and Columbia Law School, in 1919, where he was editor of the law review. Orleans was a member of the law firm, Falk & Orleans. He was also a member of the Poetry Society of America. Orleans died, September 26, 1962. Very good in fair dust jacket. Signed by author. Inscribed on fep. DJ has wear and soiling.
