The slipcase is also in fine condition. Signed and numbered by Peter Hamilton-Giles in pencil on the title page. A beautifully bound, illustrated and presented volume which concerns itself with the philosophical and theoretical questions facing the concept of the witch and its relationship to the practitioner and the occult student. Hamilton-Giles's second title to be structured around the idea of the 'existential witch', a term he coined in 'The Witching-Other'.
