The book is sound and unmarked otherwise, except the from free endpaper is detached 1/2" from the gutter (page is present) and wants repair, the preliminary pages are acidic and fragile. Benjamin Stark with the regards of M.P.D. -Xmas, 1890" Deady was an important figure in Oregon history, a member of the Legislature of the Oregon Territory, President of the University of Oregon Board of Regents, and was President of the Oregon Constitutional Convention, among other things.
