The boards are held closed with ribbon ties. Printed by offset lithography in Milan, Italy by Amilcare Pizzi on laid paper specially made by Cartiera Ventura. Bound by Legatoria Editoriale Giovanni Olivotto. Clean and bright. Includes a supplemental booklet with modern introductions and notes, which is bound in cream paper side-stapled wrappers. Both items are housed in a dark brown cloth covered box with leather author label to spine and paper facsimilies of both title pages to the side panels. Spot to front of box and minor wear to edges.
