Dark tanning to page edges, large crack to inside front cover showing binding (see photo), pencil and penned date to title page, stain to top corner to last few pages, chip to last page corner and crack to hinge, blue pencil name to first page. Hardcover. Zustand: Good. 1920 pocket book guide written in the years before it was necessary to have a driving test. Contains a great section on Hints on Driving such as "be careful when passing a tram; passengers therein have an awkward habit of alighting and passing round at the back" and in the countryside "dont tear downhill ; a herd of cattle maybe at the point of crossing at the bottom", and allways "sound your horn if overtaking another vehicle". Interior clean with no writing, marks or tears. Brown cloth covers age freckled but generally clean.…
