The plan carries the manuscript name of the Columbian chargé d'affaires. His place at the table is indicated with a little rubberst…amped red hand. Ramsay MacDonald was sitting opposite Lord Sankey. Henderson opposite Robert Vansittart. Documents slightly soiled but still in good condition. The U.S. ambassador faces the Japanese ambassador.
