The book is in used, good condition, normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. Slight wear to corners and spine, binding okay, a tad loose, but still intact. 110 pages all intact, all pages, text and illustrations are in really good, clean, readable order. L'Envoi on one of last few back pages, with dedication poem by Edward Fitzgerald. For a book to be over one hundred years and survived that period is quite amazing and this lovely book deserves to be cherished and preserved for future generations.
