While on a vacation in New York, a construction worker from Georgia falls in love with the director of urban renewal for Manhattan, and sets out to build her a house in a low-income area of the city. Featuring an unusual appearance by adult film star Harry Reems. Yellow front wrapper, housed in a generic folder with a clear Mylar front wrapper and a manila rear wrapper.
