Among the contents of this issue are an article on free love by Mary Austin, "Some Remarks on The Income Tax" by Justin Huntley Moore, a "Personal Opinion of the President of China", Yun Shih-Kai, by a Chinese correspondent, and a piece on musical comedy by Harold Stearns.
