The editor, Lee Harkins, who is "one-half Choctaw-Chickasaw Indian," received his first newspaper training at Tishomingo, the historical capital of the Chickasaw nation, and further education at the University of Oklahoma. According to OCLC, this magazine was published monthly from 1926-1931.
