This re-titled fourth edition was, again, revised by Dr. Cretin "In the present edition of the 'North Punjab Fishing Club Anglers' Handbook' the title has been changed to 'Anglers' Handbook for India', because the original title was thought to be too long, and the first half was an anachronism. .After the departure of Captain Lacy from Rawalpindi, the Club died a natural death. And after the death of Captain Lacy, Messrs. W. Newman & Co. bought the copyright of his book. Captain Lacy was one of the best fishermen that India has seen, and his ideas on fishing deserve to be preserved.
