The aim of this study was to evaluate the epidemiological profile and management of asthma exacerbations in children aged 6 to 12. This was a retrospective study involving 57 children hospitalized for moderate or severe asthma exacerbation during a period from January 2021 to March 2022. Results: The mean age of onset in our series was 8 ± 2.17 years, with a clear male predominance. In patients with known asthma, the disease was controlled in 28% of cases, partially controlled in 38.6% and uncontrolled in 33.4%. Asthma exacerbation was inaugural in 33% of cases. Viral respiratory infections dominated the triggers (28%), with an average hospital stay of 5 ± 1 days. Most cases improved with treatment. Objective: To determine the radio-clinical, therapeutic and evolutionary particularities of ETE during SARS-CoV-2 infection in elderly subjects. Methods: Retrospective, descriptive study including 150 patients hospitalized in the COVID-19 isolation unit, at the University Hospital of Gabes, during the period from January to March 2021. Results: The mean age of our patients was 77.94 ± 7.198 years. Venous thromboembolic complications were observed in 85.3% of patients represented by PE in all cases. It is often associated with comorbidities that influence the severity of this disease. Aim: To establish an integrated Comorbidome-like representation of the prevalence of comorbidities focused on a prognostic element and to evaluate its relevance in COPD patients. For this reason, were included 154 patients hospitalized for COPD exacerbation during the period from January 2010 to December 2016. For each prognostic factor identified, a bubble graph of the prevalences of comorbidities was drawn (Comorbidome). Results: Comorbidities associated with COPD were represented by anemia (30%), hypertension (23%) and asthma (10%). Comorbidome analysis showed that diabetes was more associated with the frequency of exacerbations. Asthma was associated with a very high risk of readmission. HTA was the only comorbidity associated with transfer to the ICU. Objective: To identify the clinical and radiological aspects as well as the diagnostic, therapeutic and evolutionary modalities of spinal tuberculosis. Methods: Retrospective study including 17 patients hospitalized for spinal tuberculosis at the university hospital of GABES. Results: The average age was 46 years. Spinal pain was the revealing functional sign in 15 patients. Radiological exploration revealed spinal lesions in all patients, associated with epidural involvement (15 cases) and soft tissue abscess (6 cases). The diagnosis of tuberculosis was confirmed by culture or PCR on abscess puncture fluid or biopsy fragments in 5 patients and by histological evidence in 5 patients. In addition to anti-tuberculosis treatment, four patients underwent decompressive laminectomy.
