Minor thumb marking, foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and rear free endpaper; moderate water staining to rear few ad pages, pastedown and rear free endpaper. Light cracking to gutters and hinges but binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild piercing, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft rubbing and crushing to ends. Gilt lettering is noticeably rubbed but clear.
