A very attractive advertising brochure, with parodies in verse of Gilbert and Sullivan comic operas, composed by the copywriter Stanley Penn. Illustrated in full colour by Anthony Groves-Raines and designed by S. H. Benson, this is delightful example of a Guinness annual Christmas publication. This copy with its original white card envelope and a loose insert compliment slip from "Arthur Guinness Son & Co." A fine copy without any damage, library stamps, inscriptions or other markings.
