In den WarenkorbHardcover. Zustand: Fair. US Bin 21-4 EW: This is the five part works of Maister Richard Greenham, noted Elizabethan Pastor. Missing is the Title page and beginninto of H. H.'s intro/preface. "To the Reader." The first page herein starts with. "wanting rules of direction. . ." For the completion of preceding page sentence, which… is not there because those first pages are missing. After part five, at page 881,is Maister Greenham's Prayer, cfolowed by the eight pages of A Table of the chiefe points of doctrine handled in this volume, gathered into an Alphabeticall order. Condition, fair, but some pages either toning or tan from stain, as shown on the title page of The Second Part. Cor whatever reason, the pages are not stuck to one another. Three inch reparable tears to the contents page and following two, including the epigram page. Then the letter by Stephen Egerton is two-thirds up the middle as shown in our photo. From there forward the only condition issues are the paper taning/stain, some dog-earred corners, and of course the buckling of the board and nporly repaired spine. More photos on request.
