This collection of cases adjudged from 1681-1697 includes some that are not reported elsewhere. Wallace says it "is quite a good book; the reason of which I take to be, that almost all its cases are reported in books which appeared before it, and which got the start of it in the abridgments, and other manuals of reference." A second edition was published in 1726. Our copy matches the collation but lacks the pagination errors noted in the two issues of the first edition listed in the English Short-Title Catalogue (T142006, T142007).
