This collection of cases adjudged from 1681-1697 includes some that are not reported elsewhere. A fascinating guide to the ranks of nobility and titles of honor during the time of Queen Anne, along with an explanation of the nation's numerous civil and military offices (including the names of men holding them). A second edition was published in 1726. Our copy matches the collation but lacks the pagination errors noted in the two issues of the first edition listed in the English Short-Title Catalogue (T142006, T142007).
