Significant minor tearing along Kusama centerfold edges. Folded horizontally through center, as issued. 4.5 cm. of loss to bottom left corner of verso with additional loss of corner of contents. 10.5 cm. and 8.5 cm. dog-ear to top left corner of verso. Additional light wear.
