We therefore cannot be absolutely sure of whether this set lived in his library, but the date given to the plate (1880) and the publication date of this work would fall into his lifetime. Uniformly bound in half morocco, with cloth boards. Externally, very smart, with minor rubbing to the extremities and fading to the spines. Bookplate of one Internally, firmly bound.
