Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Paper cover has mild edge-wear with light rubbing and creasing. Some light marking and tanning. Lettering is bright and clear.

The copies range from briefly hetero to devotedly homo, from the scruffy to the very neat. Jan, 1954: Covermen: Earl Knapp, Norman Bowler, Reg Skilton. Other muscle models include: Jim Saunders, Peter Deacon, Tom May, Kono, Steve Reeves. Many articles on muscle building and body sculpture for both men and women. The covers are much worn, scuffed and marked. The contents also have wear about the edges from storage and handling. The pages are a little tanned here and there from newsprint quality. Otherwise, the contents are certain, sure. April, 1954: models inside include: Charlie Button, Dennis Drinkwater, Pete Gunn. Many articles, fewer photos. The back cover is missing. The front cover is worn about all edges. The contents have some creasing, light wear. The pages are clean, clear, a little tanned from newsprint quality. May, 1954: inside models include: Spencer Churchill, O Banerjee, Sailen Ghosh, Les Searle, Steve Reeves etc. The covers have light wear about the edges from handling. They are lightly scuffed. They are certain, secure. Many articles. The contents are tidy, neat. August 1954: cover: John Cretoria, Doreen and the McDaniel brothers! Inside models include: A Zwerchowski, James Manning, Frank Roper, Peter Wardle, Jean Ladeuze, James Mathe etc. The covers of both copies have wear, scuffing, creasing. They are benign and sure. The contents are mild-mannered, placid. They are a little marked, worn from use, occasionally marked from ownership, but in general smart, neat.
