The 1st edition of this is accepted as a classic founding text for the 'Cognitive Revolution' which swept U.S. experimental Psychology over the following decade (with impacts elsewhere of course), this edition is important in its own right as it has a new retrospective 1986 Preface by Bruner and Goodnow. Roger Brown's Appendix 'Language and Categories' is not mentioned in his Wikipedia entry bibliography but does appear to have been included in the 1956 edition. Size: 15 Cm x 22.5 Cm.
