In good condition, with some discoloration and wear from age on covers and bumped board and page corners and very slightly bumped lower spine. Some slight rippling on front and back end-papers and free end-papers from binding glue. Pictorial DJ present and in poor condition excepting one larger tear at top right corner of front cover. DJ still glossy with some wear and staining from age on covers and spine. Tears present along spine top and bottom and some smaller tears along edgings. DJ has now been placed in a protective mylar cover. Listed on copyright page as a limited edition Souvenir, only 2,000 of which were printed. 124 pages plus an index. Includes numerous figures and graphs and black and white photographs as well as an index of additional black and white and color photographs. Binding good and tight. Pages clean and square.
