The Mosaics feature representations of mythological themes and personifications, as well as colorful carpets of geometric ornamentation. The present manuscript on Sinop Province Mosaics, from nine different sites, investigates artistic trends and styles, authentic features peculiar to the Sinopean mosaicists, and inquires whether any trace of the influence of other mosaic centers exists.
