In its original dust jacket, bumped at edges, chipped on folds, crumbling with minor loss at spine tips, light shelf wear visible on verso. 8vo. A new edition, largely re-written, of a standard work on dogs and their management, with a focus on the prevention of illness and disease, and covering feeding, care of teeth, housing and hygiene, dog psychology, sight, hearing and scent, breeding, first aid etc.

Zustand: Poor. The spine of the cover is loose from the textblock. Foxing and tanning to the front of the book, signed also. Binding feels a little fragile, fine to read throughout, a decent enough copy.
