Zustand: Fair. 1946. Second Impression. 100 pages. Illustrated dust jacket over pink cloth. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Binding remains firm. Front free endpaper torn and missing. Half-title page loose but attached. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Clipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Price sticker to front.

Very good book in pictorial board covers with clean fresh front board showiing a schoolgirl holding a spaniel; small rub and nick at spine base. Internally very good indeed and free of inscriptions; traces of a pencil doodle to Contents page; puzzles attempted lightly in pencil otherwise the text is very clean and clear. No dust jacket.
